Randy, GA,,If it wasn't bad enough with the down curve in real
estate values we had to go and dry up as well. If your thinking about
selling your house down here-forget it, the world now knows about our lack
of water and is begining to drive consumers away. On the other hand you can
get an awfull lot of house for your buck here today but don't try to make a
pot of coffee.
